■□■Features■□■ ■This system accurately grasps disaster prevention information necessary for the safe operation of trains and aims for rapid response in emergencies. It continuously collects measurement data from meteorological observation devices installed along the railway, such as water levels, earthquakes, rainfall, wind speed, rail temperature, snowfall, and detection (scouring, rockfall, debris flow, landslide, avalanche, bridge girder), using communication lines. This data is displayed on screens at command centers and maintenance districts. When the data reaches pre-set regulatory or alarm values, the system automatically determines this and alerts with a buzzer and display. ■The system consists of two components: a real-time operation system that collects measurement data from meteorological observation devices, makes regulatory judgments on display devices, and alerts through the display; and a data storage and analysis system that sends the collected measurement data to a data storage and analysis server for data preservation and analysis, as well as access to meteorological data from weather information providers.
